On April 18, 1979, Kourtney Mary Kardashian was born.
She is best known for her reality television career, as well as being a fashion designer. As the eldest sister to Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian, they are known colloquially as “The Kardashian Sisters.” She is the daughter of famed OJ Simpson defense attorney Robert Kardashian, who was of Armenian descent, and Kris Jenner, who is of Dutch and Scottish ancestry. Before her start in reality television, Kardashian graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Theatre Arts and minor in Spanish, with her classmate being childhood friend Nicole Richie. She first gained television exposure by appearing in the 2004 E! reality show, “Filthy Rich Cattle Drive,” and along with the rest of her family, began starring in the successful reality show, “Keeping Up With The Kardashians,” in 2007. Soon later, along with her sisters, began starring in various spin-off shows, as well as expanding their fashion empire, in which she stated in an interview with Jimmy Kimmel Live that she is the president of Dash.
Besides her sisters Kim and Khloe, she has a younger brother, Robert Kardashian, as well as two half-sisters, Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner, from the marriage between her mom and former Olympian, Bruce Jenner. Through Bruce Jenner, she has four step-siblings, including Brody Jenner. In total she has nine siblings, three siblings from Robert Kardashian and Kris Jenner, two half-sisters from Kris Jenner and Bruce Jenner, and four step-siblings from Bruce Jenner.
As of 2014, she has two children with longtime partner, Scott Disick, and has a net worth of $18 million.
