On June 27, 1984 Khloe Alexandra Kardashian was born.
She is best known for being a television personality, as well as a fashion designer, and occasional model. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California, and having grown up alongside the likes of Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie, she is the daughter of Robert Kardashian (who famously was on OJ Simpson’s defense team during his murder trial), and Kris Houghton. She has three siblings from her parents marriage, older sisters Kourtney and Kim, and younger brother Robert. After her mother Kris divorced Robert Kardashian, she married Olympic winner Bruce Jenner, from which she has three step-siblings: Burt, Brandon, and Casey Jenner. Her mother’s marriage to Bruce Jenner gave her two half-sisters, Kendall and Kylie Jenner (known as the Jenner Sisters).
Her television career began in 2007, with her family starring in “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” as well as the various spin-offs featuring Khloe, “Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami” and “Khloe & Lamar.” In 2009, Kardashian married Lamar Odom after a whirlwind marriage, which ultimately led to their divorce in December 2013 due to his substance abuse problems.
Khloe Kardashian, along with her sisters Kourtney and Kim, are collectively known as “The Kardashian Sisters,” and are highly involved in various retail and fashion industries.
They own a few stores called “Dash” around the country, have various endorsement deals (e.g. OPI nail polish), as well as have produced a few fashion lines (notably with Sears). Khloe Kardashian is known to be one of the highest paid reality stars, with a net worth of about $20 million. She is often referenced, along with her sisters, as simply “being famous for being famous.”
